Asia NGO Jobs Vacancies The MENTOR Initiative is looking for a highly motivated and skilled person to join their emergency team and to help lead the work of the organization in Syria to bring under control a Leishmaniasis epidemic that is currently severely affecting the population living in and around Aleppo.
The Country Director will assist in achieving the programme objectives in a timely manner and strategically develop its support in response to identified needs on the ground. The role also includes line management of senior team members and its operations to ensure that the organisation meets its programme objectives and responsibilities.
Ideally you will have regional experience, solid operational support experience including budget and administration management, and experience of working in challenging settings.
